It wouldn’t be a lie to say that I accessorize more at the gym than I do when I wear “regular” clothes. Since I work from home most of the week, I spend A LOT of time in workout gear because, sorry, but I’m not spending 10 minutes putting on jeans unless it’s necessary. So with that said, here are some of the accessories, gear, and clothing I’ve been living in lately:
Fabletics capris: Seriously, still obsessed. Can’t get enough. I have a few pairs of long leggings too that I love to wear around the house or out but these Lima capris still have my heart. I’ve literally put them through just about everything and still, they fit perfectly and are in great shape. I was on a video call with the Fabletics team not too long ago and we got to preview a lot of the new items coming in the next few seasons - trust me, you’re going to want all of it. SO very very cute. (P.S. Don’t forget you can get your first outfit for 50% off using my invite link!).
Strength Wraps: I’ve mentioned this before but these are my faaaavorite wrist wraps. They’re adjustable and provide a good deal of support for any overhead movements. With Strongman, it’s nice to be able to just twist and loosen them when I need to during medleys and they come in all sorts of colors and designs. I need to pick up another pair because, why not?
Reebok everything: Reebok makes some of my favorite workout tanks and tees simply because they are SO comfortable. Rather than feeling like I have to squeeze my shoulders and lats into a t-shirt that makes my upperbody suffocate, their shirts fit perfectly. I’ve also been wearing Nanos since I started Crossfit and they’re still my preferred non-weightlifting shoe for all of my Strongman stuff. Mine have a hole in the top (and I’ve worn them non-stop for 2 years!) so it may be time to get a new pair - in my signature purple, of course. And when I’m not in the gym, I’m still completely obsessed with the comfy Skyscape shoes. LOVE.
If you want to pick up some Reebok gear, they’re having a BIG sale this weekend. Check it out:

Cut off t-shirts: Can’t stop, won’t stop. My inner meathead can’t resist cutting the sleeves off of any larger t-shirt because it’s just more comfortable that way. I'm loving my new "Starting Strongman" shirt from Kalle Beck (there will probably be more for sale soon - I highly recommend!) - it's comfy and supports a great athlete who is doing A LOT for the sport of Strong(wo)man.
Also, my favorite pair of spandex shorts are thisclose to ripping - it was inevitable - so I'm in the market for some new pairs. Any recommendations?
