If you're looking for something "skinny" or "guilt-free"..... You're probably in the wrong place. And not just because I kind of despise those "food titles".
This is just pure cheese, with some bacon (or pork belly in this case - recipe for that later), and more cheese. The recipe is fairly simple and you can use any combination of cheeses that you like. And of course, I highly recommend the bacon.
