The cat is officially out of the bag - I've mentioned before that I was developing/shooting recipes for a magazine and that magazine is...Delight!  Delight is a completely gluten-free magazine packed full of recipes, articles, and tips for anyone living gfree. You can check out my bio on their website and I highly recommend picking up a copy.  My first features will be out in the summer issue, so I will keep you posted on that - it involves some of my favorite things and it's a winner.

It's time for fall issues of magazines to be put together which means I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen & behind my camera this week.  This weekend involves lots of tasting, pumpkin (!), and camera time so let's talk about what I've been up to lately.

Making my own greek yogurt via a tutorial over at Annie's Eats.  I'm OBSESSED. Homemade is 1,000 times better than store-bought and much cheaper.  I'm going to try making my own goat milk greek yogurt this weekend - let's hope it works!

I'm engaging in a little cookie experiment with the best chocolate chip cookie ever. Yes, ever. I'll share more on Monday. They're not at all healthy but they're good for the soul.

I love warming up on the indoor track on my gym because it makes my knees happy - I don't love that 8.25 laps = 1 mile I carry a lot of bottles on a daily basis:  DIY sports drink, water, iced coffee, and protein shake I saw this guy while running through Maymont to meet my mom at Byrd Park where we accidentally ran with a  5k race. It's griling season. That makes me happy - so do those insanely delicious spring onions.

I hope you have a happy Friday! I've got happy hour plans with some lovely blogger ladies and lots of baking ahead of me.

What have you been up to lately?
